Going Monochrome

As a photographer, my heart has a special place

for the delight of black and white.

These send me back to the days of darkrooms

and the hum of yellow lightbulbs.

Joy, Art and the Top

I received my drawing top from Thomas Forsyth today. 

I am as giddy as a little child. 

After testing it with gobs of pens and pencils,

I made a slew of "drawings." 

My daughters took a spin too.
